- Online payment by bank card (LiqPay) - cashless payment by Visa or Mastercard issued by Ukrainian or international banks.
- Cash on delivery - payment upon receiving the order via Nova Poshta delivery services. Please note that the carrier charges an additional money transfer fee, usually UAH 20 + 2% of the order amount.
- Bank transfer to the company account - payment for the order to the company bank account using the provided payment details after the order has been confirmed.

- Nova Poshta courier delivery
Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch, parcel locker, or by Nova Poshta courier usually takes 1 - 3 days. The delivery cost to any address or Nova Poshta branch starts from UAH 80 and is calculated according to the carrier’s rates.
Order tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can track your parcel on novaposhta.ua or in the Nova Poshta mobile app.
Receiving your order
When receiving your order, please make sure to check:
- the integrity of the packaging;
- the absence of any damage;
- the completeness of the order.
If any damage is found, please draw up a damage report at the carrier’s branch and contact our support team.
Delivery delays
If the delivery takes longer than the stated timeframe, please contact our support team - we will help clarify the status of your order.
Order shipment
Orders placed before 15:00 are shipped on the next business day.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed and handed over for shipment on the nearest business day.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the express waybill number.
Please note! For orders paid on delivery, a deposit may be required. The amount depends on the height of the tree and the total order value – the larger the tree, the higher the deposit.
