Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

You may return or exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the day you receive it, provided that the product has not been used and its original appearance, packaging, tags, labels, and consumer properties are preserved.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is clean and has no signs of wear, damage, stains, washing, or other signs of use.
  • The original packaging, tags, labels, and product appearance are preserved.
  • The product’s consumer properties are preserved.
  • A payment document confirming the purchase is available.
  • No more than 14 days have passed since the day you received the product.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

  • Contact us and let us know that you would like to return or exchange the product.
  • Agree with us on the return shipping method.
  • After sending the parcel, provide us with the tracking number.
  • For a refund, provide your bank details in IBAN format.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange or refund.

Returns or Exchanges of Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect or another confirmed issue, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.

  • Describe the issue and provide photos or a video showing the defect.
  • Agree with us on the return shipping method.
  • After we receive and inspect the product, we will process the exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are made to a bank account in IBAN format.
  • The refund is issued within the period agreed by both parties, but no later than 7 days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for products of proper quality are paid by the buyer.

If a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the store is confirmed, the return shipping costs are covered by the seller.

Non-Returnable Goods

Products of proper quality that are included in the list of goods not eligible for return or exchange under the current legislation of Ukraine cannot be returned or exchanged.
